I cannot say enough good things about Cencal! My AC went out this past weekend (Labor Day weekend). I called 11 places out of desperation because my interior temperature was 94 degrees and was not showing signs of cooling down. The only place to call me back was Cencal. Hector called me at 7:20 am and was at my house before 8 am. He quickly figured the issue and explained what happened and how he was fixing it. We were back up and running before 9 am. He let us know the benefits of their warranty program and we signed up without hesitation. We are beyond pleased with Cencal and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

Had an AC breakdown and called Cencal for service. They arrived at the time promised.  The service person was courteous and professional.  After a a check of our system, it was discovered that a part was overheating and causing the system not to function.  The service person had the replacement part and got our system back up and running for under $100.  Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Cencal.

I called this company in the middle of a heat wave, all other companies I called said it would be 2-3 days before they could come out. They came out that very day and fixed my air conditioner. Hector was great and efficient. I had called around and not only were they the fastest to be able to come out their prices were better too. Today I called because my heater was not working and I was lucky enough to get Hector and Ignacio out within the hour. Great guys and great service. Bo who answers the phones has great customer service skills and is always friendly and kind.

Irvine has been a wonderful very efficient worker. He lets us know exactly what he is going to do. We had our 1st maintenance done on 12/11/17. Everything was working great and they replaced all our filters. Irvine came today with a new employee Hector. He is young but he knows what he is doing. They went right to work and then 45 minutes later they were done and out the door. Wonderful guys and hard workers. Looking forward to seeing them again in spring. So glad I signed up for the maintenance program. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I cannot overstate the level of service. I called on a Friday going into a HOT holiday weekend last year and the tech was nice enough to swing by after 5pm and fix my AC when he could have just as easily put me off until until the next week. Honest. Reasonably priced. Impeccable service. Just got the annual service tune up for $69. Great deal. Thank you!!

My upstairs air conditioning went out on a Sunday and when I called first thing Monday morning I had a technician at my house about an hour later!! I was so thankful that they were able to come when they did as the weather was over 100 degrees all week!!

I dealt with Cencal briefly in 2014 with a new outdoor unit through my home warranty. I called them in 2017 cause something seemed wrong with my duct. Jason (the owner) came out to my home on a Friday at 5pm to check it out. Once I made a decision to put in a new unit (indoor and out), Cencal was my choice hands down! The experience was amazing!
